Chuck Sockett is the partner of UHY LLP, and the managing director of UHY Advisors, NY INC. Mr. Sockett has more than 30 years of professional experience in domestic tax and consults on a wide range of corporate tax issues with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing & distribution, technology and financial services. Additionally, Mr. Sockett helps clients meet their complex tax planning and compliance needs, involving issues related to domestic and international transactions.
